The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR and is necessary for the performance of a contract with you. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. Excluded from this are only our service partners whom we need for the processing of the contractual relationship or service providers whom we use within the framework of order processing. In addition to the recipients named in the respective clauses of this privacy policy, these include, for example, recipients from the following categories: shipping service providers, payment service providers, merchandise management service providers, service providers for order processing, web hosts, IT service providers, and dropshipping retailers. In all cases, we strictly comply with the statutory requirements. The scope of data transmission is limited to a minimum.

We use the function for embedding YouTube videos provided by YouTube LLC on our website. (901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA; "YouTube").
YouTube is affiliated with Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google").
This function displays videos stored on YouTube in an iFrame on the website. The "enhanced privacy mode" option is activated. As a result, no information about website visitors is stored by YouTube. Only when you watch a video is information about this transmitted to YouTube and stored there.

Duration of storage
After complete contract processing, the data is initially stored for the duration of the warranty period, then stored in consideration of statutory retention periods, in particular under tax and commercial law, and then deleted after expiry of these periods unless you have consented to further processing and use.
